Switch Mobility Automotive Ltd., and Global technology major Siemens has entered a technology partnership to deliver e-mobility solutions to the commercial vehicle segment and execute e-mobility projects in India.
As per the memorandum of understanding (MoU), Switch Mobility Ltd. will bring its experience in the electric commercial vehicle industry while Siemens will offer its proven, high-efficiency charging infrastructure technology, charging infrastructure management software and medium-voltage grid connection solutions.

Switch Mobility which has strong experience in the commercial vehicle market in India with over 230 EVs already in operations in India and the U.K., the latest partnership is a part of the company’s plan of expansion in India, Europe, and other markets.
As per the MoU, Siemens Financial Services (SFS), the financing arm of Siemens AG, will consider a minority investment in OHM Global Mobility Private Ltd., the eMaas platform company to be formed as a subsidiary of Switch Mobility Automotive Ltd.
