H2-Industries wins Visionary CleanTech Business & Technology Disruptor Award

H2-Industries, a global hydrogen generation, and energy storage solutions company has announced that it has won 'Visionary CleanTech Business & Technology Disruptor in Other Disruptive Technologies Distinction' at the March 2022 World CleanTech Awards held in Dubai.

Powered by CleanTech Business Club (CBC), the Awards recognize individuals and companies advocating the CleanTech transformation. The 2021 edition of the World Clean Tech Awards (WCA) unveiled a list of twenty-two recipients of WCA Distinctions and two nominees of its Special Lifetime Achievement Awards.

H2-Industries CEO, Michael Stusch, states: "We are delighted H2-Industries has been presented with the prestigious World CleanTech Award as Visionary CleanTech Business & Technology Disruptor. This award gives recognition to the hard work of the team for developing our Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carrier (LOHC) and dehydrogenization process which makes hydrogen safe, storable and transportable." H2-Industries also recently announced the world's largest waste to the hydrogen recycling plant in Egypt.

Speaking about the award, Cornelius Matthes, WCA Jury Expert, CEO at Dii Desert Energy, and CBC Chair for the Middle East, says: "We are extremely proud that some of our members active along the value chain for emission-free technologies were honoured with WCA Distinctions which shows that CleanTech transformation and race to the zero-emission is accelerated with the right technologies for green electrons and molecules."
