BorgWarner readies LFP battery packs, DC charging solutions for IAA 2024
Global automotive component supplier BorgWarner has announced that latest its product advancements aimed at improving the sustainability of commercial transportation will be on display at the upcoming IAA Transportation 2024 at Hanover, Germany next month.
The company will be debuting its Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery packs for commercial vehicles, following the recently announced collaboration between BorgWarner and FinDreams Batteries on 'Blade Battery'.
These innovative battery packs are claimed as a significant step forward in enhancing the efficiency, cost effectiveness and sustainability of commercial vehicle operations, according to BorgWarner.
Further, BorgWarner will also be presenting its new DC charging station. Providing a scalable power range of 120 kW up to 360 kW, the fast charging system affirms rapid charging at public spots for commercial EV fleet in global markets.

At IAA 2024, BorgWarner will be presenting its comprehensive range of advanced commercial vehicle technologies, including CV inverters, e-motors, high-efficiency turbochargers, thermal management solutions such as battery coolers, 800V e-fans, and exhaust recirculation technologies.
The company claims that these cutting-edge technologies are designed to enhance CV efficiency and sustainability while also meeting the evolving demands of the transportation industry.
